At Themewizz, we offer digital products (plugins, themes, downloads), print-on-demand products, and Amazon affiliate products. Please read this policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds are handled for each product type.
By making a purchase from Themewizz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
1. Digital Products (Plugins, Themes, Downloads)
1.1 No Refunds Policy
Our digital products are delivered instantly after purchase and can be downloaded immediately. Due to the instant delivery and nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link is accessed or the product is downloaded.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, buyer’s remorse, or compatibility issues with third-party software not explicitly mentioned in product descriptions.
1.2 Right of Withdrawal
By downloading or accessing digital content, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal where applicable under consumer protection laws (including EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m) and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations).
1.3 Exceptions – Technical Issues & Defects
If you experience technical issues or the product is defective, we will assist you. Refunds or replacements may be issued if:
- The product is not functioning as described in the product listing
- You cannot access or download your purchased product due to technical errors on our end
- The product contains critical bugs that prevent normal use
- The product is materially different from what was advertised

- Provide screenshots or error messages (if applicable)
- Include device/browser information
Our Resolution Process:
- We will first attempt to resolve technical issues within 48 hours
- If unresolvable, we will provide a replacement or working version
- If no solution is possible, we will issue a full refund or store credit at your choice
1.4 Download Availability
Please download your digital product promptly after purchase. Download links are typically available for 30 days after purchase. After this period, we may not be able to reissue downloads without verification of purchase.
If you lose access to your download, contact us with your order number, and we will attempt to provide access again, subject to verification.
1.5 Order Cancellations
Digital product orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 1 hour of purchase only if the download has not been accessed. Once the product has been downloaded or accessed, the sale is final.
To request cancellation, email [email protected] immediately with your order number.
2. Print-on-Demand Products
Print-on-demand items are customized and produced specifically for each order after purchase. Due to their personalized nature, our return policy differs from standard retail products.
2.1 Defective or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our print products. Refunds, replacements, or store credit will be issued for:
- Misprints (poor print quality, faded colors, incorrect design placement)
- Incorrect size, color, or product (different from what was ordered)
- Damaged items (torn, stained, or otherwise damaged upon arrival)
- Manufacturing defects (loose threads, seams, structural issues)
Requirements:
- Submit your claim within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos showing the issue
- Include your order number
- Describe the problem in detail
Resolution:
- Approved claims will receive a replacement item at no cost or full refund or store credit (your choice)
- We will cover return shipping for defective items if return is required
2.2 Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping:
- Lost Packages: Contact us if your order shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it within 2 business days of the delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier.
- Damaged in Transit: If the package arrived visibly damaged, take photos of the package and item, then contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Note: Themewizz is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.
2.3 Non-Defective Orders (Change of Mind)
If you change your mind or ordered the wrong size, style, or color, refunds are generally not available due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products.
However, we understand mistakes happen. You may contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will review requests on a case-by-case basis. We may offer:
- Store credit (minus production costs)
- Exchange for different size/color (customer pays shipping difference)
- Discount on future purchase
Important: We cannot guarantee acceptance of change-of-mind returns. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
2.4 Order Cancellations
Print-on-demand orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 2 hours of purchase if production has not yet started.
Once production begins, cancellations are not possible as the item is being custom-made for you. Contact [email protected] immediately if you need to cancel.
2.5 Shipping Address Errors
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer:
- We are not responsible for packages shipped to wrong addresses
- We are not responsible for reshipment costs
- Customers may purchase a replacement order at their own expense
- Address changes cannot be made after production begins

2.6 Important Notes
- No refunds for mistakes outside our control (wrong address provided, customer unavailable for delivery, etc.)
- Items are printed based on orders received; we do not keep inventory or extras
- Size/color may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes
- Review mockups carefully if provided before production
- Custom/personalized items are final sale unless defective
3. Amazon Affiliate Products
Themewizz participates in the Amazon Associates Program. Products purchased through Amazon affiliate links on our site are sold and fulfilled by Amazon, not by Themewizz.
3.1 Returns & Refunds
All Amazon product purchases are subject to Amazon’s Return Policy, not Themewizz’s policy.
To return or exchange an Amazon product:
- Log in to your Amazon account at amazon.com
- Go to Your Orders
- Select the item you wish to return
- Follow Amazon’s return process and instructions
- Amazon will provide a return label and refund timeline
3.2 Our Role
- Themewizz does not sell, ship, store, or process returns for Amazon products
- We earn a small commission on qualifying purchases made through our affiliate links at no additional cost to you
- We have no control over product quality, shipping, pricing, or Amazon’s policies

- Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions (unless defective)
- Shipping costs (unless the error was on our part or item is defective)
- Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional codes (unless required by law)
- Services already rendered
- Downloadable products that have been accessed or used
5. Refund Methods & Processing Time

- Store Credit: May be offered as an alternative (faster processing, can be used immediately)

Refund Processing:
