We’re looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our growing infrastructure team. If you’re passionate about managing enterprise systems, automating IT operations, and ensuring high availability across critical infrastructure, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Systems Administrator at Themewizz, you’ll be responsible for deploying, maintaining, monitoring, and securing servers, operating systems, virtualization platforms, and cloud environments. You’ll work closely with software developers, DevOps engineers, network engineers, and security specialists to ensure stable and secure IT operations.
What You’ll Do
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and user accounts.
- Configure and maintain virtualization platforms.
- Deploy operating system updates, patches, and security fixes.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Monitor logs and resolve infrastructure incidents.
- Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams on infrastructure projects.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of professional systems administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux administration.
- Experience with virtualization technologies.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Knowledge of server security and system hardening.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
